WE'VE GOT RULES

Rates include an average of 200 miles traveled per day (Customers will be charged for extra mileage).

AlaskaVans are designed for no more than two (2) people. Additional guests are not allowed and will void insurance.

  • Sorry, No Pets

  • You must be 25 years of age to rent or drive an AlaskaVan

  • No Mud, Blood, or Guts. Be respectful, Keep it clean on the inside.

  • All AlaskaVans are equipped with real time GPS tracking, see Driving Restrictions below.

DRIVING RESTRICTIONS

  • Failure to adhere to any of the following restrictions will result in forfeiture of Security Deposit.

  • AlaskaVans can only be driven on sealed/bitumen made (aka paved) roads or well maintained access roads less than 1 mile long to recognized campgrounds.

  • AlaskaVans shall not be driven outside the State of Alaska

  • AlaskaVans cannot be driven into Canada or Russia

  • AlaskaVans cannot be driven on the Denali Highway/AK route 8 between Cantwell and Paxson (or vice versa)

  • AlaskaVans cannot be driven on the Stampede Trail

  • AlaskaVans cannot be driven on the Road to McCarthy, Alaska (Chitina to McCarthy)

  • AlaskaVans cannot be driven on the Road to Nebesna

  • AlaskaVans cannot be driven on the Klutina Road/trail

  • AlaskaVans cannot be driven on the Steese Highway/AK route 6.

  • AlaskaVans cannot be driven on the Elliot Highway/AK route 2.

  • AlaskaVans cannot be driven on the Dalton Highway/AK route 11 (Haul Road)to the Arctic Circle, Coldfoot or Deadhorse.

AlaskaVans Cannot be driven on beaches or on frozen lakes.

Travel during the Winter months (November-April) in Alaska should not be taken lightly.

PETS, SMOKING and LINGERING ODORS: Smoking and pets are not permitted at any time within the vehicles. Fish are not permitted in the food cooler. A separate fish box is available for rent.

TOWING: The Vehicle is not allowed to tow any trailer(s) or other vehicle(s).

ROOFTOP HAULING: Users shall not attach any items to the exterior of the vehicle. Rooftop hauling of any items is prohibited.

Failure to comply with any of these restrictions will result in loss of Security Deposit plus additional for cleanup and repairs.
